Former TNA World Heavyweight Champion, TNA World Tag Team Champion, WWE World Tag Team Champion, and WWE Hardcore Champion Bully Ray returned to WWE during this past weekend’s Royal Rumble. The widely-panned Royal Rumble took place in Philadelphia where the former stuttering Dudley Boy returned – complete with thick-rimmed glasses. After a long and successful career in IMPACT Wrestling where he transformed from Brother Ray to Bully Ray and became the company’s top heel, it will be interesting to see if he stays with WWE beyond the Royal Rumble. If he does stay with WWE, it will be further interesting to see if he can rise out of the low-to-mid card status that most non-homegrown talents find themselves in.
Whatever situation he winds up in, Bully Ray entertained us for years in TNA. We wish him well.
