Reaction: That was one hell of a promo by Roode. They had a pretty damn good match last week so I have no problem with them wrestling again. I don’t remember the battles between Young and Roode being epic (they had an Ultimate Humiliation Match) but that is neither here nor there.

Angle took EC3 down with a German Suplex but his knee buckled while doing it. Angle said he was alright but EC3 targeted it immediately after.

MVP headed to the ring. He talked about how stressful his job is due to the fan’s demand and passion. He said the wrestlers are equally passionate. MVP said he would see Eric Young at Slammiversary. Tenay was outraged calling it an abuse of power. MVP got one last shot in and left the ring.
Reaction: That came out of nowhere. I don’t know how I feel about MVP turning so soon after ridding Dixie Carter of power. I was hoping for a King of the Mountain Match at Slammiversary but it looks like that won’t happen. Interesting closing segment!
