After several erroneous reports last week (including one passed along by myself), WWE is confirming the death of pro wrestling legend Mae Young tonight.
WWE Executive Stephanie McMahon released the following tweet:
#RIPTheOneandOnlyGreatMaeYoung A true pioneer and legend has passed tonight. Long live the memory of my friend and @WWE Hall of Famer.
