John Cena will be wearing a protective compression sleeve with pad insert on his surgically repaired arm when he returns at tonight’s WWE Hell In a Cell pay-per-view. The sleeve is similar to what former NBA star Allen Iverson wore and what current Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade wears. The sleeve will minimize and swelling and help decrease impact on Cena’s arm.
