Eric Bischoff once again shows why the dirt sheets are full of fail, and the copy and paste sites should clearly label any non facts as rumors. Bischoff posted the following today in response to the dirt sheet rumor about Hulk Hogan signing a video game deal with 2K Sports and angering TNA in the process:
Interesting to read the "choir of idiots" suggesting that Hulk did a deal with 2K Sports. Illustrates just how ignorant these "experts" are
— Eric Bischoff (@EBischoff) August 27, 2013
And how these "experts" are attempting to frame a narrative to sell thier b.s.

There is no Hulk Hogan/2K Sports deal. WWE is simply utilizing tradmarks/assets they currently own in a repackaged video game. Nothing new.

But thats not what the parasites and morons who run dirt sites want you to know.

This is why I love Bischoff. And now – who will call to task the copy and pasters and the idiots who first started spreading these lies (we all know who they are)? The sorry answer is no one will do it because most internet wrestling fans have an attention span of about 10 seconds. That’s why you hear morons out there saying that they don’t watch TNA because they’re tired of seeing Sting and Hogan wrestling when Hogan doesn’t even wrestle and Sting wrestles 2 – 3 matches per year.
Not only are the “click this link!” hustlers huge failures, but the sorry ass fans and readers who don’t demand retractions and corrections are just as bad.

Even worse some of the more reputable sites, are even liberalizing their headlines with “Eric Bischoff responds to report about Hulk Hogan” and such, the truth is Bischoff proved the dirt sheets were wrong. In their coverage they don’t even retract their previous stories.

I had a little interaction with one of the reporters from WrestleZone about this story. He said they posted an update, but they wouldn’t go back in and fix the existing story. Further, he noted that in his opinion something isn’t true just because Bischoff says so.
That’s about the height of insanity for the anti-Hogan and anti-Bischoff interweb crowd. Bischoff: “I manage Hogan’s business affairs. He hasn’t signed a deal with 2K Sports.” Insane Interwebs: “Yeah, right! Like YOU know anything…”
It’s scary out there on the interwebs…
