SoCal Val Announces That She’s Gone from TNA

In a move that really can only be described as “bound to happen sooner or later,” backstage and online host SoCal Val has announced via Twitter that she is no longer with iMPACT Wrestling. Here is the tweet that Val posted to announce the news:

I never really had anything against SoCal Val, but hers was a job that – much like Christy Hemme who I hope is the next to go – doesn’t require much talent and can be performed by anybody for much cheaper. Val was always a professional on the screen and fun to watch, so I wish her well. However, in a company that is cost cutting and making itself leaner and stronger – this was the right move for both sides. Good luck, Val!
