Earlier today, the team at iMPACT Wrestling began promoting a storyline wherein they report that a video was dropped off at their headquarters giving a warning about next week’s episode of the show on Spike TV. This is what they posted on their website regarding the video: “Earlier today, Impact Wrestling received the following video via messenger. The enveloped was marked with #August1Warning and the subject matter of the video deals with this Thursday’s Impact Wrestling Live Spike TV event t in Wichita Falls, TX. We do not endorse it’s content but have been advised to present it “as is”. We will have more information on this story as it becomes available.”

The promotion is also putting an #August1Warning hashtag out there in the hopes that this will catch on via social media.
