Drew Hankinson, known better to fans as the Director of Chaos (D.O.C.) for Aces and 8s, announced via Twitter that he has opted not to renew his contract with iMPACT Wrestling. In his brief announcement, D.O.C. said that his contract with iMPACT Wrestling expired last Friday and that he has parted ways with the company. Here is the exact tweet from D.O.C. as it appeared on his Twitter timeline:
My contract with TNA Wrestling expired July 12th, as of this evening we have officially parted ways. #SUNTANBIKERMAN tours again!!

Personally, I never took to D.O.C. as a big time wrestler (and I didn’t know him as a wrestlers in WWE as he performed there after I stopped watching). I understand that he’s a physically talented guy, but I was never really impressed. I admit, I was a bit intrigued at the growing tension between him and Mr. Anderson, but it looks like that will never really get to come to a conclusion. In the end, it appears that D.O.C. hasn’t said anything negative about his now-former employer and that is something worthy of respect – so I wish him the best in his post-iMPACT Wrestling life.
