Former TNA X-Division Champion Zema Ion provided his fans with an update on his health today via Twitter. The update noted that he was surprised with a diagnosis of appendicitis and had to have his appendix removed. Also, while the doctors were managing his appendicitis they noticed a tumor on his colon that needs to be removed.
