Bound for Glory Series – Daniels vs. Robbie E.

Daniels starts off cocky, offering his hand for a shake, which Robbie takes and drags into a headlock to get us started. Daniels throws Robbie into the ropes, but Robbie comes back with a shoulder block to take Daniels down, celebrating with a fist-bump.

Headlock from Daniels this time. Robbie attempts to send Daniels off, but Daniels holds the hair, then gets back into a headlock. This happens again, and a livid Hebner Junior explains that Daniels cannot keep doing that, which Daniels has a problem with. He argues with the referee, allowing Robbie to briefly recuperate, then get a kick into the stomach and lock on a headlock. He then pulls the ear of Daniels, which the ref stops instantly. Robbie follows with a clothesline. Into the ropes Daniels goes, and a back elbow. Robbie E to the top rope, fist bumps and drops the forearm to the face of Daniels.

Commercial Break.

Daniels literally smashes Robbie E in the back of the head as we come back from a break. Right hands in the corner, Robbie E crawls away. Daniels whips Robbie E into the ropes, and a big wheel kick from Daniels. A quick bow to the crowd and Daniels goes for a pinfall, only to get a two count.

Daniels drapes Robbie over the middle rope throat first, choking him momentarily. He then pulls him into the middle of the ring, gripping his head like a vice, twisting to the side. Robbie mounts a comeback, but Daniels again pulls the hair to pull him down to the mat. Follows with a kick to the head, then pulls the arm while jamming his foot into Robbie’s face. He again poses for the camera, following up with more kicks to Robbie E. Robbie again mounts a comeback, but is cut off with a Daniels headbutt. Into the corner goes Robbie, and Daniels with a forearm. Right hand attempts from Daniels, but Robbie finally gets a strong comeback, delivering strikes of his own. Daniels again cuts off Robbie E, but only momentarily as Robbie drills Daniels into the turnbuckle. Big shoulder block in the corner, then a clothesline. Back elbow. Inverted Russian Leg Sweep sends Daniels down for a two count.

Robbie pulls Daniels up, but Daniels gets an eye rake in. Daniels lines up a clothesline, but Robbie E reverses, getting his own eye rake on, but his clothesline is ducked, and both clothesline one another on the return.

Both take their time to get up, but Robbie comes in, legs swept by Daniels. Daniels goes straight for the pin with his feet on the ropes, but Robbie T comes and whacks his legs off the ropes for the save. Daniels argues with Robbie T, back to Robbie E, and Robbie E rolls him up with a school boy, foot on the ropes! Robbie T holds Robbie E’s foot on the ropes for balance, but this time, the referee spots it, breaking the pin completely. Robbie E now argues with the ref, then preparing Daniels for a finish, but Daniels comes out of it, holding the arm, then drilling him down with a Urinagi suplex. Picture-perfect Best Moonsault Ever from Daniels, and that’s all she wrote!

Winner: Daniels via CLEAN Pinfall.
