If you watched last week’s iMPACT Wrestling on Spike TV, then you saw the unfortunate accident that occurred during the Ultimate X match. During the match, former TNA X Division Champion and World Tag Team Champion Chris Sabin tore his ACL and could not finish the match. The other participants in the ring – current TNA X Division Champion Austin Aries and Zema Ion – carried the rest of the match with Aries picking up the win. Earlier this weekend, Dixie Carter confirmed Sabin’s injury with the following tweet:
Chris Sabin tore his ACL in last night’s Ultimate X match on Impact. He’s obviously frustrated but determined to come back ASAP.
We all wish Chris the best of luck in his recovery and we hope to see him back in the ring very, very soon!
