Angelina Love vs. Velvet Sky.
We tie up, and Angelina gets the upper hand with a knee. Velvet whipped to a corner, but she manages to reverse into a pin attempt. A couple more clotheslines and pin attempts, as Velvet looks for the early win, but all unsuccessful. Angelina goes to the outside, and Velvet twice teases a jump to the outside.
Angelina tries to get back in the ring, but Velvet gets a basement dropkick on her to send her back out. Velvet smashes Angelina’s face into the apron, and attempts a whip into the corner post, but that’s reversed, and Velvet instead feels the effects of the steel.
Commercial Break.
Back in the ring, Angelina is well on top, with Velvet holding her throat and gasping for air. Angelina backs Velvet into the corner, and puts the boot very aggressively into Velvet’s windpipe, pushing up off the bottom rope into her throat and with Velvet’s feet off the canvas. Angelina breaks the hold, giving time for Velvet to catch her breath and kick out at an advancing Angelina. Velvet gets a pin attempt on, but to no avail.
Angelina right back to the offensive, gets a side slam off perfectly, but this time her cover is unsuccessful.
Vertical suplex attempt is rolled up by Velvet into a small package. Angelina kicks out and clotheslines Velvet instantly. Angelina rains down the right hands to a floored Velvet Sky. Knee to the midsection of Velvet, and an inverted stunner. Angelina attempts another couple of pins but neither working.
Velvet into the ropes, ducks two clotheslines, and a double face-plant sends both ladies down.
On their knees, they give each other right hands up to their feet. A couple of chops on Angelina’s chest. Two clotheslines from Velvet and a bulldog. Headlock and inverted elbow drop, but no three-count.
Angelina momentarily back on top, but Velvet gets a face plant on Angelina to finally get the three count.
Winner: Velvet Sky via Pinfall.
