TNA Impact Wrestling’s tour of Massachusetts has been very eventful. First as we reported yesterday, Mr. Anderson made his return to TNA at a house show in Worcester.
Now via TNA Impact Wrestling star Jesse Sorensen‘s official Twitter account comes news of an injury. Apparently the young Impact star inflicted the injury upon ring vet Kid Kash, “Just broke Kid Kash’s nose! @DavidKidKash Mr. 10 days in the business just broke your face vet!”
Sorensen then posted the following image:
We’ll try to update you as we get more info on the injury. I wouldn’t expect Kash to miss any ring time as this is likely not the ring veteran’s first broken nose. Also don’t be surprised if the dirt sheet’s try to paint some sort of heat on Sorensen for the broken nose and posting it on Twitter. Trust me if Kash had a beef with Sorensen for the nose, he would not have let him snap a Twitter picture. He may have a receipt coming from Kash, but certainly no heat.

Judging by the site of Kid Kash’s face, it always looked to me like he’s had several broken noses.
OT: Hey, Disqus comments! Thanks TNAstars. This is the better comments feature to use (P.S this is Radiitz).

Glad you finally get to use your avatar, I’m could never figure out why it wouldn’t work the old way. Should we refer to you by Radiitz or your new handle?
SiloNova says
Haha, just refer to me as SiloNova. Yes, it was a little strange. I went to their site to add and edit the avatar but with no results. Glad you guys got Disqus in though.
Now all we need is for more people to see this site, and we can have the comments section thriving. I’ll stick around this site for good as you all run it very well (I also love the unbiased opinions which are not common amongst those dirt sheets).
Which reminds me. There was an article posted on this site not too long ago about Google and their floundering about with this website, which in turn caused you to lose a lot of possible traffic of people visiting. Has Google resolved this with you? I hope they don’t try to screw you over.

Hey Silo,
You have a good memory! Over the summer, Google News didn’t delist our news, per se, but instead decided that all of our updates were either too long or too short to be posted to their feed. Believe it or not, most folks find their way onto websites like ours by Twitter, Facebook, and Google News. Anyway, I submitted a bunch of help requests and complaints and they managed to fix the problem.
Now, the only items where Google is SOPA’ing us is on our staff predictions for the pay-per-views and our pay-per-view results. Most of the time, they’ll block our updated lineups for the pay-per-views, too, but they’re hit or miss on that one.
With respect to traffic, yes – we lost a lot of traffic when they started messing with us in July. When things were worked out by the end of August, the hits from Google News began to trickle back. However, a lot of other things have changed since August…
First, we absorbed all of the non-news information from XHeadlines.com before I ultimately set that domain to forward to TNAStars.com. That dramatically increased our hits.
Second, I’ve begun transferring data from TBLWrestling.com over to TNAStars.com. This has helped to stabilize the increase in hits.
Third, our Twitter audience has grown to about 460 followers (as of this comment). For a website that puts almost no effort into its Twitter efforts, I think that’s pretty impressive.
Anyway, we are bringing in a good amount of hits at this point. Before Google News started playing games with us, we averaged some 2,000 – 2,100 hits each day. After they messed with us we dropped to about 1,200 hits per day. Today, after absorbing XHeadlines.com and beginning to migrate data from TBLWrestling.com, we’re bringing in an average of 3,000 – 3,400 hits each day. It’s a nice change of pace to have more eyes on the website. One day this month we eclipsed 4,000 hits in a day. I suspect that as the absorbed and migrated data begin to sink in with the major search engines, we’ll increase and stabilize around 4,000 – 4,500 hits per day (maybe by the summer time).
I hope that all makes sense! Thanks for being interested.
Joe

Great news! Very glad to hear things are starting to turn over more and more. Here’s hoping this growing trend shall continue throughout 2012. Especially as TNA grows their fanbase, that can give this site more and more hits from the newcomers of the Impact Wrestling product also.
Best of luck to you all! You people do a wonderful job.

Glad you like the new comment system, Radiitz! We’re always trying to improve our operation here at TNAStars.com so any suggestions that you – or any other readers – have are greatly appreciated!

@Joe Vincent
I don’t see any need for any updates any time soon. The only thing that really bugged me on this site was the comments section being a little duts. But now that’s fixed, I feel my life is now complete since I now have a visible avatar and my usual user name I use for most other sites that isn’t a name from Dragonball Z, haha.
