Earlier today on her Facebook page, Dixie Carter noted that Sting will be in attendance at tonight’s Genesis pay-per-view. In one way or another, Sting is involved with the TNA Knockouts Championship storyline, the Gunner versus Rob Van Dam storyline, and the Bobby Roode versus Jeff Hardy/TNA World Heavyweight Championship storyline. Carter’s announcement did not give an indication of what Sting’s role might be at tonight’s event. Here is the exact text of her update from Facebook from earlier today:
I just spoke to Sting who will indeed be in attendance TONIGHT at the GENESIS pay-per-view. Things are about to get very interesting!
