Former WWE sports entertainer Chris Masters (real name Christopher Mordetzky) is showing interest in TNA Impact Wrestling via his (I must note, I have not independently verified this is his official account) Twitter account.
A few weeks ago he posted the following, “So it looks like my 90 day sentence is almost up. So now what? Impact, japan,ROH,etc….or something else. Next couple years well shape my life!”
Last weekend he posted the following message, “I think @tnadixie needs some encouragement. Can I rally the IWC. For all those who support me, let her know!”
What do you think? Should TNA sign Masters? Leave you thoughts below.

no..i mean he doesnt have any talent except the masterlock..thats it

I’d sign him. However, I think that he (and any other ex-WWE wrestler) coming into the promotion needs to understand that iMPACT Wrestling isn’t WWE in that you typically can’t make a WWE-like living by putting all of your eggs in the company’s basket. You need to take indy bookings or get another job in order to make ends meet. Sometimes, I think that the younger wrestlers don’t understand that iMPACT Wrestling isn’t a WCW-alternative – it’s basically a national-level indy promotion.
But yeah, I’d bring Masters in. I always liked him.

@Mal
Thats all the WWE ever really let him show. Look at The Pope for example. He didn’t show much in WWE. Now he is a future star.

no no no.
would not touch him with a barge pole.
tna needs to stick with its own young talent and keep away from wwe hasbeens.
William B. West says
James, while I agree that TNA still has some work to do with some of their talent, there really is a bad misconception that TNA ignores young talent and focuses on has-beens. When in reality it is quite the opposite.
The WWE aside from CM Punk and Del Rio, mostly rehashes the same top talent constantly. How old are HHH and the Undertaker? How long has the Rock and John Cena been around?
WWE had no idea what they had in R-Truth until TNA developed him. CM Punk, never had a serious look from WWE until way after he was in TNA.
Look at all the youth the WWE wastes. TNA signs Sting & Hogan and suddenly they have and age problem. AJ Styles, Chris Daniels, Samoa Joe, all have had considerable runs in the sun. Bobby Roode, and James Storm all have been part of great pushes.
I get the feeling with Masters he was pushed aside for political reasons as many young guys in WWE are. In the WWE if you are young and perceived to have not paid dues correctly you have no chance. TNA on the other hand has a history of giving young guys a shot, what they make of it is up to them and the fans.

Yeah, no talent. Like Rob Terry.
