The NYWC Sportatorium is located on 435-13 Brook Avenue, Deer Park, NY 11729.
The November 19 iPPV was originally to be broadcast from the ACE Arena on 725 Sip Street in Union City. Recently the owner of 725 Sip Street, and not any of its tenants including ACE Pro Wrestling, has come under fire from the city of Union City. We are being told the City is seeking damages from the owner as a result of unpaid taxes and fines. Mike Morgan and ACE Pro Wrestling, acting separately from the building’s owner, have met with the City in hopes of coming to an agreement to continue the building’s operation. For the record, any of the the building’s tenants, nor the City itself, has had any contact with the building’s owner. WSU delayed on making any sort of announcement until these conversations took place. And as soon as it became clear that a resolution would not be met within a reasonable time frame, WSU sought an alternative host for what will prove to be the biggest live event in WSU history.
WSU looks forward to continuing it’s working relationship with ACE Pro Wrestling. Mike Morgan and his staff work extremely hard to ensure a quality experience for promotions and their fans, we look forward to once again working with ACE Pro Wrestling.
