Nice interview.
Two things stand out to me about the interview. First, here are two guys that had legitimate heat a number of years ago and appear to have gotten over those issues. Unfortunately, I assume that the internet wrestling zombies will still think that these two are at each other’s throats behind the scenes… even though there is a video here proving otherwise.
Second, I love that Ric Flair always wears his WWE Hall of Fame ring and the custom-made Rolex that Shawn Michaels gave him. That’s a man who cares about his craft and cares about the men that he is in the ring with – so much so that he wears that Hall of Fame ring with honor and that Rolex with pride.
That counts for something in my mind. Another reason why I’m a Flair fan.
The same hall of fame ring and Rolex watch that many dirt sheets have erroneously reported to have been sold by Ric on several occasions.
