Virginia Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Michael Fleming issued the following statement today regarding TNA Impact Wrestling star Kurt Angle:
“Based upon our review, the commonwealth feels that a reckless driving charge is strongly supported by the evidence and we have elected to prosecute that charge in lieu of the charge of driving while intoxicated.”
We first reported the arrest back in September, you can check out that story here. Kurt’s lawyer quickly issued a statement proclaiming his innocence, and later provided evidence supporting this statement.
just cant see someone recklessly driving unless they were under the influence…can someone prove me wrong
Lack of sleep, anxiety, being lost looking for turnoff road, I can think of dozens. Also apparently the official breathalyzer proved he was not over the legal limit.
