CMT is giving adults the opportunity to chase their dreams when CMT MADE premieres Aug 17 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. From the producers of the Emmy-winning MTV show, this eight-episode series follows adults, not teens, as they embark on a mission to transform their life, highlighting both the challenges and accomplishments they face throughout their journey.
CMT MADE will air in its regular Thursday night one-hour timeslot at 8 p.m. ET/PT beginning Aug. 25.
Whether it’s a hardworking mother with a desire for speed and to be MADE into a racecar driver or a stay-at-home pastor’s wife aspiring to be MADE into a hip-hop dancer, each episode will capture what it’s like for an individual to work toward fulfilling a dream that was thought to have passed. Mixing in family and work responsibilities, the end goal seems even more unattainable for this new generation of MADE participants.
The premiere episode of CMT MADE features Chris Guerra, a Texas police officer, loyal husband and loving father who has been interested in professional wrestling since he was a child. Now 28, Guerra dreams of getting in the ring, battling against those he once admired on TV and being MADE into a professional wrestler. Coached by “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan, former TNA World Tag Team Champion and current 7-foot tall, 330-pound monster, Guerra’s resolve will be tested and his lifelong goal will be reevaluated as he comes face-to-face with the harsh realities of pro wrestling, inside the ring and out.
