TNA star Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit against his insurance company Wells Fargo has been dropped according to a story by Tampa Bay Online.
For those that didn’t follow the story Hogan sued WF claiming they didn’t advise him he should increase his insurance coverage and this left him paying out a settlement due to his son’s accident out of his own pocket. WF showed to the court that they had indeed contact Hogan’s wife at the time Linda and others in his organization. Hogan still insisted he should have been contacted.
From the story:
At an April 21 hearing, Circuit Judge Douglas Baird said he agreed with Wells Fargo. Hogan’s attorneys did not show Wells Fargo failed to live up to its responsibilities as an insurance company, the judge said.
“Mr. Bollea entrusted the obligation of dealing with Wells Fargo to his wife or to others other than himself and …he affirmatively entrusted that confidence in them, and they made the decision, so it seems to me that he can’t now complain that they did not deal with him because it was never requested,” Baird said at the hearing, according to a transcript.

He has been on quite a run hasn’t he?

This one was a stretch. I’m not sure who was advising the Hulkster to engage in this particular lawsuit, but I hope that Hogan doesn’t have to pay any legal fees for this suit.
The lawsuits against the car dealership (or whatever it was) and the cereal company that were using a likeness of him for promotional purposes – I can understand those lawsuits completely.

I read the complete story from TBO and it says he only has to pay fees if he appeals. He also apparently received a nominal settlement from Wells Fargo.
He has also sued Linda and his lawyers in the accident case I believe.

You can just never get past the words “Hulk Hogan” and “Lawsuit” in the same title no more, lol.
