The final cable ratings for last night’s episode of iMPACT! on Spike TV are now available and the company’s flagship show once again achieved a very strong rating. This week’s episode of the show scored a final cable rating of 1.28 which represents about 1,781,000 viewers over the course of the show’s two hours. This week’s final rating is 0.03 of a point higher (and about 43,000 more viewers) than last week’s episode, which scored a final cable rating of 1.25 with an average audience of 1,738,000 viewers.
We also know a little bit about the ratings breakdown by hour from last night’s show. The first hour of last night’s iMPACT! on Spike TV scored a final cable rating of 1.24 while the second hour scored a final cable rating of 1.31. TNA Wrestling on Spike TV had more viewers last night than many of the NCAA Tournament games and programming on channels like A&E, Discovery, Bravo, and FX.
For comparison’s sake, TNAStars.com promotes a completely fictitious Thursday Night War as a comedy piece on this website (a war, by the way, that TNA Wrestling just won). With that in mind, this week’s episode of Superstars scored a final cable rating of 0.52 on WGN America. The 0.52 cable rating represents a total audience of 541,000 viewers.
