Jarrett’s Thoughts: I really hate that TNA waited this long to tell us what the main event of this PPV is. Hardy is great in ladder matches, that’s without question, but Anderson was only in one, against Kurt Angle last year (It was for the key to the cage for their match at LockDown.) I’m worried about whether Anderson can keep up with Hardy in a match that truely is the forte of the Hardy’s. I think this is Jeff’s chance to redeem himself to TNA fans, not in a storyline sense, but in a sense that he belongs in TNA. Maybe it’ll tone down his critics, but you never know
Jarrett’s Prediction: Mr. Anderson…Anderson wins…wins
Joe’s Thoughts: I don’t think that TNA Wrestling is ready to put the belt back on Hardy yet, but at the same time they haven’t switched back to the World Heavyweight Championship belt yet. This one is risky, but I think I’m sticking with Mr. Anderson.
Joe’s Prediction: Mr. Anderson
Mark’s Thoughts: Anderson’s looking too good right now. With the help of the Fortune Alliance, I can’t see him losing this.
Mark’s Prediction: Anderson. Anderson.
William’s Thoughts:
William’s Prediction: Mr. Anderson
Jarrett’s Thoughts: Madisons promo work was off this week, and even gained the attention of Chris Jericho. I hope that TNA avoids what Jericho referenced in the past. WWE calls itself the biggest company, and TNA should think of itself as the best or else how else is anyone suppose to think it. Back to the match, Madison is a good worker, and Mickie’s one of the best knockouts in TNA. I think this will be a very good match.
Jarrett’s Prediction: Mickie James gets her revenge and the title
Joe’s Thoughts: Enough is enough already with this Madison Rayne! Mickie James has to win this one, right? But then again, Rayne has Tara floating around ringside. Hmmm…
Joe’s Prediction: Mickie James
Mark’s Thoughts: I feel like Tara is going to interfere, and I feel that someway, that interference isn’t going to matter that much.
Mark’s Prediction: Mickie James
William’s Thoughts:
William’s Prediction: Mickie James
#1 Contender’s Match – X-Division
Max Buck vs. Jeremy Buck vs. Robbie E.
Jarrett’s Thoughts: I really wish they would have put an established guy in this. There shooting in the dark, no one knows about what Gen Me can do on their own (how long has it been since they wrestled again?) and I forgot about Robbie E until his qualifying match, and if they’re fighting for #1 Contendership for a title, you should know exactly who they are.
Jarrett’s Prediction: Robbie E gets a shot at Kazarian’s title
Joe’s Thoughts: Two Bucks in one match? That means the odd man out should get the victory.
Joe’s Prediction: Robbie E.
Mark’s Thoughts: I feel like TNA is really giving the rub to Robbie E. I also feel like Generation Me is going to end up shooting themselves in the foot.
Mark’s Prediction: Robbie E.
William’s Thoughts:
William’s Prediction: Robbie E.
Children vs. Walking Down the Aisle
Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle
Jarrett’s Thoughts: This will be a good match, despite the stipulation we have. Unlike the Team 3D match, this situation fits and has been promoted well, despite the complaints about children being brought into the angle. It’s gotten more heat on Jarrett and some of the best mic work of his career, so I can ignore the situation and enjoy a good match.
Jarrett’s Prediction: Kurt Angle gets his revenge
Joe’s Thoughts: There’s no way that TNA Wrestling is going to hype the March 3rd show and have the payoff of his feud be Kurt Angle getting his children back. Would they hype that show and then have Kurt Angle have to walk his ex-wife down the aisle? Absolutely.
Joe’s Prediction: Jeff Jarrett
Mark’s Thoughts: Jeff Jarrett is probably going to do everything in his power to make sure that Kurt doesn’t get the custody of the kids.
Mark’s Prediction: Jeff Jarrett
William’s Thoughts:
William’s Prediction: Kurt Angle
Street Fight
Bully Ray vs. Brother Devon and his sons
Jarrett’s Thoughts: Why? Why should anyone care about this, sure it’ll be a decent fight, but TNA has failed to establish a reason we should care about the Team 3D
Jarrett’s Prediction: Devon and his sons win
Joe’s Thoughts: Don’t care.
Joe’s Prediction: Brother Devon
Mark’s Thoughts: Well, I know if me and my brother team up with our father against some fat guy in a street fight, that fat guy doesn’t win.
Mark’s Prediction: Devon and his sons
William’s Thoughts: Knowing Vince Russo, the kids turn on Brother Devon giving Bully Ray the win.
William’s Prediction: Bully Ray
Matt Hardy vs. Rob Van Dam
Jarrett’s Thoughts: Rematch of Genesis, but why should we care? Matt Hardy has failed to show us fans why we should even care that he’s here, and he’s garnering X-Pac/go-away heat online for his “coldblooded rhetoric” like him and Jeff only are responsible for TNA’s high ratings. This can’t be good for TNA this early in his contract, especially if they plan for him and his brother to tag as faces in the future.
Jarrett’s Prediction: RVD wins and gets one step closer to finally facing Jeff Hardy
Joe’s Thoughts: I didn’t realize that this was a current feud in TNA Wrestling. I’m going to go with RVD.
Joe’s Prediction: Rob Van Dam
Mark’s Thoughts: Hardy won the first match between them. I’m not exactly sure how this is going to turn out.
Mark’s Prediction: Rob Van Dam
William’s Thoughts:
William’s Prediction: Rob Van Dam
D’Angelo Dinero vs. Samoa Joe
Jarrett’s Thoughts: I think TNA has done a fair job building this feud, it was just killed with the tag match. Hopefully Pope can get him and Joe on the road to main events from this match
Jarrett’s Prediction: Pope Wins.
Joe’s Thoughts: Don’t care.
Joe’s Prediction: D’Angelo Dinero
Mark’s Thoughts: Dinero claims that this feud is going to be THE feud to watch. Okay buddy. Prove it. Furthermore, I think Joe is going to continue to lose so…
Mark’s Prediction: D’Angelo Dinero
William’s Thoughts:
William’s Prediction: Samoa Joe
Beer Money and Scott Steiner vs. Rob Terry, Gunner, and Murphy
Jarrett’s Thoughts: Rob Terry, Gunner, and Murphy. Can Immortal really do much worse? I understand that Gunner and Murphy are respected indy workers, but when have they ever been a threat as a tag team. TNA could have hyped that and made it look like Black Shirt Security could give Beer Money a run for their money.
Jarrett’s Prediction: Beer Money and Scott Steiner win
Joe’s Thoughts: This is a filler match. I’m going with the team that has the star power.
Joe’s Prediction: Beer Money and Scott Steiner
Mark’s Thoughts: On paper, there is no way Beer Money and Scott Steiner loses this.
Mark’s Prediction: Beer Money and Scott Steiner
William’s Thoughts:
William’s Prediction: Rob Terry, Gunner, and Murphy
