According to various dirt sheet reports circulating today TNA World Champion Jeff Hardy may in fact serve zero time in jail for his recent drug arrest. The reports state that Moore County District Attorney Maureen Kruger is hinting that Hardy will plea on one of the lesser charges that do no involve mandatory jail time in exchange for the other charges being dropped.
If this is the case look for a drug treatment plan to be included in the terms if Hardy has not underwent one on his own.
