According to a recent article by the UK’s Sun the WWE may have interest in the Icon Sting. There report suggests that Vince McMahon is very interested in having Sting appear at WrestleMania (in WCW’s old HQ of Atlanta, GA) and be inducted into the WWE Wrestling Hall of Fame.
The article mentions the previously posted thoughts of Jim Ross and Eric Bischoff on the chances of this happening. Overall it looks to be a speculation piece on behalf of the Sun.
Personally I’m torn on the whole situation. Part of me would love to see Sting recognized by a lot of fans that may never have seen him in WCW and TNA, the other part of me really loves the fact that Sting is one of the greatest wrestling stars ever without ever stepping foot into the WWE.
