TNA star Kurt Angle has announced via his Angle Foods Twitter account that he will be a guest on this weeks ABC’s Extreme Home Makeover” which is running opposite the TNA Genesis PPV.
Angle says, “Unreal! I have (Genesis) TNA PPV and co-hosting ABC’s “extreme home makeover” on (Sunday) both at 8 pm.I hope u pick 1 or the other.Or both lol” he then follows up with, “Correction- I won’t be co-hosting but I will be a guest on ABC ext home makeover this (Sunday). Feels good to lend a hand to good people”.
A lot of sites are looking at this opposite booking as a negative for TNA. I suppose you could look at it as it could drain PPV viewers. That scenario is very unlikely as someone buying a PPV is not going to drop it to watch Kurt on a home makeover show. However someone watching the popular ABC show may become interested in Kurt Angle and look into TNA. This is definitely a positive in my mind.
Looks like wcw all over again. I did enjoy watching TNA now if i do fine if i miss it oh well. I do not watch to see alot of talking.When most of the show is talking then i turn it and never go back.
