Live From Manchester, UK

*RAW opens with Cena reading some long, drawn-out introduction for Wade Barrett. Barrett comes out followed by Nexus.

*Barrrett thanks Manchester (his hometown) for coming out to see tonight. Barrett reprimands Otunga for taking Nexus to Smackdown! last week and losing the match. He then turns his attention to Cena and berates him as usual. He then asks Cena to practice announcing him the new WWE champion like he will do after the match with Randy Orton at Survivor Series.

* Randy Orton comes out to argue with Barrett but the GM sends an email which Michael Cole reads. The email states that Nexus will be banned from ringside at Survivor Series and that there will be a 10 man tag match tonight with Nexus facing Randy Orton’s team (whom the GM will pick) and John Cena will be the referee. Cena pushed Otunga down and leaves the ring upset.

Divas Cup

I do not think that WWE did their homework before this match because instead of one set of Divas wearing Manchester’s uniforms and the other wearing a rival’s uniform, they had both teams in rivals uniforms so they both got booed. Quite humorous actually. After Maryse hit a DDT on one of the Bellas and rolled out of the ring, the other Bella rolled her sister out and acted injured which allowed the unhurt Bella to secure the pin via small package over Fox.

*Nexus is backstage talking and Barrett tells Otunga that he won’t be on the Nexus team during the match later tonight but that he will be in a singles match John Cena.

Hart Dynasty w/Natalya v. Jimmy and Jey Uso

Jey Uso hits splash off the top rope and pins David Hart Smith. Smith and Tyson Kid blame each other after the match.

*Backstage, Miz tells Orton that the GM has picked him to be the first member of the 10 man tag match tonight.

*David Otunga walks in on the Nexus talking and tells them that he hopes that he can count on them having his back tonight in his match against Cena.

Goldust v. Ted Dibiase w/Maryse

During the match, Maryse walks over and grabs the Million Dollar belt but Oksana comes down to ringside, slaps Maryse and takes the belt and runs away with it. Distracted by all the action, Dibiase gets pinned via a school boy by Goldust.

John Cena v. David Otunga

Before the match starts, Nexus including Barrett follow Otunga down the ramp but quickly turn and leave the ringside leaving Otunga by himself. Cena easily wins via an attitude adjustor and STF.

*Backstage, Barrett talks to Otunga about getting pinned the past two weeks and that he has set up a match with Edge and if Otunga doesn’t win, he will get removed from Nexus.

Tea Time with Santino Marella

Marella and Kozlov come to the ring dressed in English suits and derby hats. As expected, Santino does a hilarious skit which ends with him spilling tea all over his guest, Sheamus. This leads the GM to say that Santino and Sheamus will face each other tonight.

Santino Marella v. Sheamus

Santino runs from Sheamus and does not want to wrestle which leads the GM to send an email stating that Santino must get in the ring and wrestle immediately or be suspended. Sheamus dominates most of the match until Santino hits a low blow and gets DQ’ed. Santino stays around celebrating his survival and Sheamus gets up and begins to destroy him again until John Morrison comes and makes the save.

*Backstage, Barrett tells Cena to think long and hard about what John should do at Survivor Series.

Orton/R-Truth/Miz/Daniel Bryan/Mark Henry v. Nexus with Cena as guest referee.

Halfway through the match, Otunga makes his way to ringside. As Orton gets ready to put Barrett away, Otunga distracts Cena and allows a double team on Orton. Cena turns around to count as Barrett pins Orton.
