Shark Boy has been removed from TNA Wrestling’s roster page. This confirms what was rumored for weeks and apparent by his absence from the ring. Shark Boy real name Dean Roll is said to still be with the company making appearances as a referee and assisting in various capacities backstage.
Though removed from TNA’s active roster it appears Shark Boy will remain active on the Indy circuit. According to WrestleOhio.com Shark Boy will be making an appearance at an upcoming fundraiser for the Wrestle4Hope organization at the Municipal Building in Aberdeen, OH November 27th along with TNA’s Al Snow. I’m planning on attending this event and will post some photos here.
I’m glad TNA is FINALLY updating its roster page. But I hate that they aren’t using Sharky anymore. I always thought he would have been a great addition as a regular in the X-Division. And with Daffney in the company, I was hoping for a Shark Boy & Shark Girl reunion.
