During an interview last night with Ringside Radio, Kevin Nash directly refuted the speculation on his contract fueled by the popular opinion journal that too many people take as fact, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. At the very beginning of the interview (linked above), the hosts commented about Nash no longer being with TNA Wrestling and asked about his contract. Nash responded with: “I was never given a contract to sign.”
After Nash let out of a brief laugh, the host asked directly whether or not money was a problem between he and TNA Wrestling and Nash responded: “We never had the discussion.”

Remember, folks – check your sources!
