The Nature Boy was present yesterday at the 2010 NLCS Press Conference. Not in person but being channeled by Philadelphia Phillies manager Charlie Manuel. While he didn’t get the quotes exactly right, “to be the best, you have to beat the best” Charlie got his point across. He talked about Flair and yes, even Space Mountain. On a personal note the Phillies beat my Cincinnati Reds last week, Hamels and Halladay looked like a 2 man Four Horseman. Though I give Utley credit for swerving the ref he was hit with a foreign object.
