In an unfortunate turn, it is being reported that during tonight’s set of iMPACT! tapings, Madison Rayne demanded that Tara do the “right thing” and lay down for her in the middle of the ring so that she could beat her for the TNA Knockout Championship. And, unfortunately, the reports suggest that Tara complied and laid down for Rayne for the 1-2-3 so folks, we have yet another new champion in the Knockouts division.
Sadly it looks like this division is going downhill like the X-Division. I read that this is the 9th or 10th time the title has changed hands this year. And for some reason, Love loses the title too often without being beaten and Tara typically has had title reigns that last all of 15 minutes. I do wonder what the point was of taking the belt off Love, putting it on Tara, then putting it on Raine all in the span of a day or two.
