James Caldwell over at the Torch recently updated his site to reflect an increase in the overall viewership for the September 23rd episode of iMPACT! Once the DVR audience was factored into the viewership, the total audience increased from 1,300,000 viewers to 1,400,000 viewers. Honestly, picking up another 100,000 viewers from the DVR isn’t that bad.
Actually, if you factor in the additional 100,000 viewers into what a final cable rating might have been if those folks watched the show when it aired, then the September 23rd episode of iMPACT! would have bumped from a 1.00 rating all the way up to a 1.08 rating. That’s a pretty decent increase, all things considered.
