Jim Neidhart made his first court appearance this morning in Tampa to face two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, one count of burglary of an occupied dwelling and one count of grand theft. His bond was set at $138,500.
Neidhart’s arrest, which has already been picked up locally by the Tampa FOX affiliate. was covered this morning by Tampa Bay Online and a tons of other local outlets.
The TBO piece noted that Neidhart allegedly pried open the rear door of a neighbor, Mary Cutillo, then stole $300 worth of prescription pills from her home.
