Wrestling star Jerry Lynn recently sat down with AOL Fanhouse where he discussed a wide range of subjects. Some highlights of his TNA comments follow below.
The injury that kept him out of Hardcore Justice:
“I have a ruptured disc in my L3 – L4 and there’s a good size chunk of disc that’s hitting the nerves that are coming out my left side of the spinal column. The neurosurgeon said we’d have to wait a few weeks to see if the swelling and everything goes down and if the chunk of disc will stop hitting the nerves or not. If not, I’ll have to have surgery and get that piece removed.”
Would he face RVD sometime in the future:
“If everything goes well and I can get healed up and back wrestling again, if TNA will let it happen … I talked to Rob and he would still like to do it again sometime and I would so as long as all the parties involved would let it happen, it will happen again.”
