In some great news for TNA Wrestling, last week’s episode of TNA iMPACT! scored a final cable rating of 1.22. This continues the general upward trends that iMPACT! has experienced recently as more than 1,650,000 viewers tuned in to last week’s episode. Reports indicate that the demographic data for last Thursday’s show does not suggest that there is a boom in the number of males in their late 20’s and early 30’s (former ECW fanatics) tuning into iMPACT! Instead, the ratings increases are coming from new, younger males tuning into the show which shows that the Hulk Hogan/Eric Bischoff tandem is delivering on their promise of growing a new audience.
