As always, the gang here at TNAStars.com strives to bring you the most accurate coverage of TNA Wrestling on the internet. We feel that we are the opposite of some other websites out there that throw whatever they feel is “news” on the wall and see what sticks.
For example, a few weeks ago it was “reported” that the name that TNA was calling the ECW alumni was “The Riot Makers.” Now, aside from being a ridiculous name for a wrestling faction that isn’t invading a company, the term “Riot Makers” (performed by Tech N9ne) was the name of the Hard Justice theme song prior to the show becoming HardCORE Justice. If you want to hear Riot Makers, you can click here for a YouTube video featuring the song.
However, remember to mind your sources when you’re trolling for news on TNA Wrestling. Whoever tried to sell you the idea that the name of the ECW alumni was going to be “The Riot Makers” clearly is making stuff up (or, at best, mixing up their news items). Further proof that this “report” was completely bogus comes from last night’s iMPACT! tapings where the ECW alumni began to refer to themselves as EV2.0 (which is supposed to stand for Extreme Version 2.0).
So the next time you read a news item regarding TNA Wrestling, be sure to either confirm the news story via an original source (which shouldn’t be a wrestling news website) or take the “news” with a grain of salt.
