Kevin Sullivan reportedly approached TNA President Dixie Carter about making a booker comeback with TNA. It is said that he met with Dixie in New Jersey and presented her with a comprehensive one year booking plan. He has several supporters within TNA with whom he has worked with in the past.
Sullivan has a spotty history as a booker, some considered successful and some considered train wrecks. WCW appointing him head booker is said to have been the catalyst for pushing Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit to make their jump to WWE.
