Sean Waltman was interviewed on the infamous Cowhead Show which can be heard in the Tampa, Florida radio market. During his interview, Waltman said that he has Hepatitis C and that this was the reason that he was unable to wrestle on the recent Lockdown pay-per-view in St. Louis, Missouri.
Waltman also revealed he tried to commit suicide in Mexico by hanging himself with a garden hose and taking pills. The attempt was foiled when Alicia Webb (also known as Ryan Shamrock) found him and saved him.
