Eric Bischoff posted a new note on his Facebook page explaining what he meant by his recent “Sometimes you gotta know when to say when” post. “Mystery solved,” Bischoff wrote on Friday. “I discussed my hope not to have to eliminate wall postings a month or so ago in the hopes of improving the quality of discussions/posts.
