A few days ago, Mick Foley commented on something that Triple H said. Since Triple H married his way into wrestling royalty, some people have suggested that Mick Foley may have put himself in a bad position for possible future employment by WWE. Mick Foley responded to that thought on his MySpace blog:
Really interesting feedback concerning the Triple H/Lillian deal on Raw. I could go into great detail about why some of the issues raised (it was innocent joking around on Triple H’s part, I’m a hypocrite because I made fun of Al Snow, Test, etc., where was I during the Mickie James angle?) but I think it would be far more productive for readers to try to figure out the differences for themselves.
You’ll just have to believe me when I say that my feelings about the issue were strong enough for me to speak up – even knowing that doing so may cost me professionally down the line.
I was watching the documentary “Broad Street Bullies” on HBO, and heard a great quote. “If you don’t want to be criticized…do nothing, say nothing, be nothing.”
