This rating broke the all-time record low rating for iMPACT on Spike that came on April 1st, 2006 when the show scored an 0.57 rating on a Saturday night at 11pm, head-to-head with the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony and Bret Hart’s induction.
– TNA made the decision to put the World Title on Rob Van Dam on the April 19th iMPACT after the 0.6 rating came out from the week before. The feeling was that what the were doing wasn’t working and they needed to try something different and do a title change.
