TNA sold about 300 of the Main Event packages for the Lockdown fanfest in St. Louis. That package sold for $299 and got you in to meet Sting, Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Bobby Heenan, Dory Funk Jr. and Baron Von Raschke.
Out of the WWE releases last week, the top two names that TNA are most interested in is Shelton Benjamin and Mickie James. It’s said that they don’t have interest in Jimmy Wang Yang because he left there on bad terms year ago after no-showing a pay-per-view to return to WWE but some say that it was so many years ago he may have a chance now. As noted before, TNA also has interest in Charlie Haas.
It should be noted that with both Shelton, Haas and Mickie, they wrestled in WWE using their real names and wouldn’t have to change their names or gimmick if they signed with TNA.

[…] the hardcore TNA fans, this probably shouldn’t come as a surprise since it was reportedly a few months ago that Mickie James was in talks with TNA Wrestling about a contract. Anyway, we’ll have more […]
TNA isn’t worthy of Mickie James.
Any fan of Mickie James who wants her back in WWE, go to this site and sign this petition:

And call WWE at 203-352-8600 and tell them you want Mickie back.
Last but not least, go to this site and leave a comment about Mickie’s release.

I dont’t want Mickie to go to TNA! The fans have been fighting so hard to get her back in WWE! And TNA would RUIN HER!!! Please Mr. McMahon, BRING BACK MICKIE JAMES!!!!
Actually i reckon TNA would make her a bigger star than she was in WWE. look at Elijah Burke, look at Christian, look at AJ styles he was kept in dark matches at WWE now he is one of the best workers. Mickie whatever u do make sure it is what is best for you not anyone else. If u want to come to TNA and help kickstart a company that has a lot of potential come on over, if u want to go back to WWE then do it. if u wanna quit wrestling go for it….whatever u do know that u will go down in history as one of the greatest female wrestlers of all time.
AJ Styles was not in WWE. he was in NWA witch is a different wrestling company to WWE and when TNA launched in 2002 AJ went there.
