WWE Superstars Report – March 4th, 2010

We start off tonight with the Raw brand and your announcers are Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler.
Match Number One: Kofi Kingston versus Chavo Guerrero
Chavo kicks Kofi away and then he goes for the leg and turns it into a snap mare and reverse chin lock but Kofi with a hammer lock. Chavo reverses and he puts Kofi in a side head lock. Chavo with a shoulder tackle but Kofi with a kick to the head. Kofi with a leaping back elbow for a near fall. Kofi with an arm bar. Chavo with a Latino uppercut and the referee stops the match for blood on Chavo’s face.
Chavo with kicks and punches as the action resumes and he works on the arm but Kofi with a counter and rollup for a near fall. Kofi with a drop kick and then he leaps into the corner and punches Chavo. Kofi rolls away but Chavo with a Liger kick and a near fall. Chavo chokes Kofi in the ropes and then he works on the arm using the ropes. Chavo with an arm bar. Kofi with punches but Chavo throws Kofi to the floor and then he hits a suicide dive. They return to the ring and Chavo with a hammer lock. Kofi with a snap mare that sends Chavo to the floor. Kofi with a suicide dive onto Chavo. Kofi goes up top but Chavo stops him and he tries for a superplex but Kofi holds on to the turnbuckles and Chavo goes to the mat. Kofi with a cross body for a near fall. Kofi with chops to Chavo followed by a drop kick and then he hits a leaping clothesline. Kofi does a lap and it is time for the Boom Drop. Kofi warms up the steel drum band but Chavo goes to the apron. Chavo with a shoulder and then he rolls through into a single leg crab but Kofi gets to the ropes. Kofi hits Trouble in Paradise for the three count.

Match Number Two: William Regal versus Evan Bourne
They lock up and Bourne with a front face lock but Regal with an arm bar. Bourne tries to reverse it but Regal holds on and tries for a head scissors take down but Regal sends Bourne to the mat instead and holds on to the arm bar. Bourne uses the ropes to escape and he hits a monkey flip and head scissors take down. Bourne with a drop kick and side head lock. Regal tries to get out o the hold and he hits a forearm on Bourne to get out of the hold. Regal with a back elbow and gutwrench suplex for a near fall. Regal with a reverse chin lock but Bourne with an arm bar. Regal with a forearm and Bourne is down. Regal with European uppercuts and then he puts Bourne back in a reverse chin lock. Regal tries for the Cobra Stretch but Bourne fights it off. Regal maintains the chin lock and Bourne struggles to stay conscious. Bourne gets to his feet and he backs Regal into the turnbuckles but Bourne with a kick to the back. Regal with an Exploder suplex on Bourne and he misses the running knee. Bourne with a leaping knee and he goes up top and hits the Shooting Star Press for the three count.
Winner: Evan Bourne

We move to the Smackdown brand and your announcers are Todd Grisham and Matt ‘The Sounds of Silence’ Striker.
Match Number Three: Mike Knox versus Kane
They lock up and Knox backs Kane into the corner and Knox with a kick and punches instead of a clean break. Kane with an uppercut when Knox tries to continue his attack. Kane with a snap mare and drop kick. Kane with a punch to the head but Knox with a cross body for a near fall. Knox with a forearm to Kane followed by a shoulder in the corner. Kane with a kick but Knox with punches but Kane with a kick to Knox followed by a big boot. Kane with a punch followed by an Irish whip and running clothesline followed by the side slam for a near fall. Kane starts to go up top but Knox with a big boot that knocks Kane to the apron. Knox with knees to the head followed by an Irish whip but Kane grabs Knox by the throat as he charges into the corner and Kane hits a choke slam for the three count.
Winner: Kane

We are back with a Message from the Straight Edge Society. We see what CM Punk has done since the Straight Edge Society has done along with his message of the Straight Edge movement.
It is time for a Raw Rebound.
We run through the card for Wrestlemania before we go to our main event.
Match Number Four: Chris Jericho versus Goldust
They lock up and Goldust barks in Jericho’s face and Jericho goes to the floor. Jericho returns to the ring and Goldust gets out of his crouch. They lock up and Jericho with a side head lock and Jericho with a shoulder tackle. Goldust with a kick and punches and then Goldust with a leaping butt bump and a clothesline that sends Jericho over the top rope to the floor and we go to commercial.
We are back and Goldust comes off the turnbuckles and Jericho with a drop kick for a near fall. Jericho with a kick to the back. Jericho chokes Goldust in the ropes. Goldust falls into the corner and Jericho with a forearm and Goldust swings wildly and misses. Jericho with a kick to the chest and then he slingshots Goldust’s throat into the rope and Goldust falls to the floor. Jericho relaxes on the turnbuckles while Goldust returns to the ring and then Goldust gets an inside cradle for a near fall. Jericho with a punch and then he slams Goldust’s head into the turnbuckles. Jericho is pushed off the turnbuckles and Goldust comes off but he is met with a drop kick and gets a near fall. Jericho with a reverse chin lock but Goldust with clotheslines and a drop down uppercut. Goldust with a reverse atomic drop but Jericho pushes Goldust away on a bulldog attempt and Jericho with a bulldog of his own. Jericho tries for a Lionsault but Goldust moves and Jericho lands on his feet. Goldust with a power slam for a near fall. Jericho with the Walls of Jericho and Goldust taps.
Winner: Chris Jericho
