BREAKOUT 1 – Welcome Internet Wrestling Fans.
This is the first edition of BREAKOUT, my weekly Professional Wrestling column. Before I go ahead and explain who I am I want to first touch on a few things going on in TNA Wrestling and my predictions for TNA Genesis.
Generation Me
Anyone who missed the debut of Generation Me this week on Impact should check out the link below, this was one hell of match against the Motor City Machine Guns. Max and Jeremy formerly known as The Young Bucks on the Independent scene have wrestled for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, Chickara, Ring Of Honor, Dragon Gate and have both appeared on WWE television. This was a great move by TNA is sign these two guys and perfect timing for their debut. If you had never seen TNA before and you tuned in to the AJ Styles v Kurt Angle match last week and now you’ve seen Generation Me v The Motor City Machine Guys in the first match you would have to be thinking this by far blows away any wrestling that WWE has to offer. X-Division/Cruiserweight style wrestling in my opinion is what’s going to really help boost TNA. Look at some of the talent TNA have on their roster Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Amazing Red, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Desmond Wolfe, Doug Williams, Jay Lethal and Daniels these guys have the skill and pure wrestling ability to outclass anyone in the WWE and the more we see of these TNA stars the better.

Six Sided Ring
Hulk Hogan wants to get rid of TNA’s trademark six sided ring and go for the more tradition four sided ring. Ever since this story reached the many wrestling websites there’s been a lot of debate about what style of ring is better, to me the six sided ring is what helped make TNA what it is today, the ring made TNA’s product look different from WWE’s and if you want to compete with the biggest wrestling company alive today why change what worked for you for the seven plus years TNA has been in business. TNA’s ring is unique, If you go up to WWE fans that have just watched TNA for the first time and you ask them what’s different about TNA their going to say the six sided ring, no doubt and they offer a better wrestling product. So Mr. Hogan ( seems to be what TNA talent are calling you) please leave the ring the way it is.

Hey Marek,
Welcome to the team! I also thought that the debut of Generation Me was fantastic. Putting talent like the Motor City Machine Guns and Generation Me on the beginning of the show is a great way for TNA to keep the viewers’ attention after the initial show opening. I think that TNA has done an admirable job thus far and I’m looking for big things at the PPV tonight!
