Professional wrestling star Matt Morgan is featured in a public service announcement for ADHD awareness. Diagnosed with ADHD at age 5, Matt has experienced a great deal of success in his life already. In high school he was All-American both as a football player and as a basketball player. He continued to play both varsity sports in college. He then tried out for the Indiana Pacers and Toronto Raptures, though admits his heart really wasn’t into it. What he truly wanted to pursue was professional wrestling…and pursue it he has. Matt is a major star in the pro wrestling world.
His most memorable moment:
Getting married to his college sweetheart
“The most memorable moment in my life is easily getting married to my wife,” says Morgan. “I met her in my very first class I ever took when I was in college. We became girlfriend, boyfriend. We’ve been together 11 years I’d say and we’ve been married now for four and it is the smartest move I’ve ever made in my life.”
His second most memorable moment:
Graduating college magna cum laude (5th in his class)
“By far academically speaking the biggest achievement in my entire life and something I feel very proud of, growing up and having ADD, being diagnosed with ADD from age 5 and on to graduate 5th in your class to me is a very big deal and something I take very serious and take a lot of pride in.” – Matt Morgan
And to top it off, Morgan is a diehard Rocky movies fan!
