– According to thepittsburghchannel.com, TNA World Champion Kurt Angle has been found not guilty of harassment. Also, other charges were dropped in court today stemming from the alleged stalking of his ex-girlfriend and TNA Knockout Rhaka Khan. District Judge Carla Swearingen cleared Angle on the harassment charge related to the PFA order. Also, charges of driving with a suspended license and drug possession related to two vials of human growth hormone in Angle’s car at the time of his arrest last month were dropped.
Angle still faces an assault charge against his ex. That allegation is what she used to obtain the order of protection in the first place. Khan was in court today but did not comment publicly afterward.
Angle briefly commented to the press today, simply saying the following: “I will continue to live my life by the law, as I always have.”
