– WWE announced the following on their website this evening:
In accordance with WWE’s Wellness Program, effective Wednesday, September 2, Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio) is suspended for 30 days for a violation of the company’s policy.
Rey was set to defend his Intercontinental Championship against Dolph Ziggler at the Breaking Point pay-per-view. No word yet on where WWE will go from here but we will keep you updated.
