In addition, Comcast users have also sent in complaints that the HD feed of the show never began airing. One customer spent over an hour on the phone with Comcast support. Comcast’s support team are taking calls, informing subscribers that those who purchased the HD feed will be given a refund and that the feed issues are throughout the country as well. Comcast has been flooded with calls over the issue.
