Chris Jericho and his new tag team partner — The Big Show — retained the Unified Tag Team Championship belts tonight at WWE Night of Champions.
The two played up as faces to the crowd for the first part of the match, but remained heel by cheating for the win. Chris Jericho hit a code-breaker on Ted DiBiase behind the ref’s back, which allowed Big Show to score the pin.
Before the match, Edge challenged Chris Jericho to a match and promised to return just to fight his former partner.
