After his match at this past Sunday’s The Bash PPV with John Cena, The Miz wrote the following on his Twitter page after the decisive loss: “Most would want me to say something about the bash. Well…..I’m still awesome.”
PWMania.com reader Thomas Bradley sent the following: Last night at Buffalo Wild Wings (one of WWE’S Blast Area Locations) here in Columbus Georgia had a blackout of the Bash pay-per-view, well sort of. Apparently the restaurant manager did order the event but due to circumstances beyond their control the pay-per-view was delayed at all Buffalo Wild Wings/ WWE’S Blast Area Locations for at least until 8:45 eastern time. The manager then told us that Direct TV had to reset all the satellite boxes at all of the locations in order to see the Bash. The matches we’ve missed was the ECW title match and the Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio but we manage to catch the tail end of that bout. During the delay people walked out the restaurant and even asking for a refund of their meals.
