– As mentioned here on the site last night, Batista was injured going into the Extreme Rules PPV which is the reason that the match with Randy Orton was short. Yesterday, WWE officials were hoping the worst regarding his injury, but when he got his bicep muscles checked out today, it was revealed that it was only a torn tendon in the biceps. This means that he isn’t expected to be out as long as WWE officials expected him to be.
